Marco Faia & Célia Alves

Directors of M&C Home Support Ltd

With a shared passion for delivering high-quality, person-centred care, we founded M&C Home Support Ltd to make a genuine difference in the lives of those who need support. Together, we bring extensive experience across the health and social care sectors, alongside diverse professional backgrounds gained throughout Europe.

Marco has worked in the UK care industry since 2012, gaining valuable insight through a variety of roles with established care providers. His frontline experience has given him a deep appreciation of the importance of compassionate, tailored care—and inspired him to create a service that truly puts clients first.

Célia holds a degree in Naturopathy and Traditional Holistic Medicine from the Institute of Traditional Medicine in Lisbon. Since arriving in the UK in 2014, she has worked in both domiciliary care and housing support, including a key role with Bedford Pilgrims Housing Association (bpha). This experience has provided her with the management expertise and client-centred approach essential for delivering exceptional care services.

At M&C Home Support, our aim is to provide a gold-standard service that goes beyond standard care packages. We take a holistic approach, working closely with clients and their families to create personalised support plans that reflect their unique needs, preferences, and values. Our belief is simple: care should be about people, not just schedules—and everyone deserves to be treated with dignity, respect, and genuine compassion.
